Fresh Flowers

As a local flower farm and florist, our fresh flowers are carefully hand-picked and arranged to order.

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of fresh flowers, we currently do not offer nationwide shipping or courier delivery. Fresh flowers are available for local delivery only within our designated delivery area around Kingston near Lewes and the surrounding areas, these include:

If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, we regret that we are currently unable to fulfil your order. We hope to expand our delivery service in the future.

Delivering for weddings and events

We are delighted to deliver wedding flowers and event florals across Sussex and throughout the UK.

Our everyday bouquets are hand-delivered within our local delivery area. For weddings and larger events, we are happy to travel further afield. Depending on the size and location of your order, we may deliver using our own vehicle or a hired van to ensure your flowers arrive safely and in perfect condition.

As every wedding is unique, delivery costs are calculated individually based on travel distance, vehicle requirements, timing and any setup or collection services requested.

Guide Prices

• Local delivery (within 15 miles): From £25
• 15–30 miles: From £45
• 30–60 miles: From £75
• 60–100 miles: From £125
• Over 100 miles: Quoted individually

If your wedding requires a hired van, multiple delivery trips, timed venue access, installation, or next-day collection of hired items, these costs will be included in your personalised quotation.

We will always provide a clear, itemised delivery quote before you book, with no hidden charges.

Homeware, Gifts & Non-Perishable Products

We currently ship our homeware, gifts, greetings cards and other non-perishable products within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Cushions: 7–10 working days (made to order).

• All other homeware, gifts and accessories: 5–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Shepherd & Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive a local flower delivery, we will do our best to leave the flowers in a safe place where appropriate or contact you to arrange an alternative. If this is not possible, additional delivery charges may apply for a re-delivery.
